Delivery time depends on order quantities, models, the local permitting process and the customized needs. In general, the houses is prefabricated in 30 days, starting from the date of receiving the deposit and all signed documents. Shipping time depends on the distance from the destination to China.

Q2: How to purchase a house?

1.We need to know for personal use or commercial use.

2.We need to know your budget and we can provide a reasonable EWX price.

3.You need to know the tariffs and related certifications

Q3: What preparations are required for transportation and delivery?

1.For overseas shipment, it is transported in a 40-foot flat rack container, because the volume is large enough.

2.We recommend you reserve utilities to it so they can plug in once the house arrives. The type of foundation will be based upon the terrain and ground that you are placing the house on.

3.The standard semi-trailer is 13.5 meters long, the transport width is 3m, the transport height is not greater than 4.2 meters, and it can be freely passed on the highway.

4.After the goods arrive at the project site, customers need to contact the local crane services, and our technical team will provide technical guide. The lifting weight of Hongyuan all series products is from 6 to 10 tons, suggested that choose not less than 25 tons cranes assembling.
